It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. Welcome to Sugarland Ranch! A rural, bucolic, Gentleman's Horse Farm located only 4.5 miles from I-75 (Exit 205/Clark Rd). One acre, fully fenced field just for the dogs. There is beautiful open views of the other horse field's, a large pond filled with local waterfowl. Serene and tranquil with lots of free-range space to explore.

Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

** Closed Aug 19-28 for maintenance ** This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property although it is always a possibility. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria/algae and keeps the pond healthier. Algae blooms are still possible in any pond. We monitor the pond closely for the safety of our pets and yours. Water is tested monthly.

Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.
