There is a chicken coop in the yard which can be very stimulating! We keep the grass mowed regularly and try to keep the area clean. There is a seating area on the patio with umbrellas for shade and a small bench in the back by the fire pit.

There is a pond that dogs are welcome to swim in. Has shallow entranceway, and deeper areas. Dogs love to fetch sticks and balls from the Pond. Also, there is a bridge from the edge of our property into the Wharton State Forest. There is a pretty wide trail.

Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. There are two gates that you can choose from to come in, one is 10 feet wide if you would like to pull your car in. We’re on a dead end also so parking is a breeze. We are in a quiet friendly suburban neighborhood with dog lovers who are often out walking their dogs. We are dog lovers but don’t have any pets. Our backyard is very large and rarely used so Sniffspot is a wonderful opportunity for us to help others. It’s fully gated but tiny dogs might be able to squeeze through the gaps between the iron bars. We are periodically adding privacy fence in front of the iron bars to cover all the gaps so it is eventually safe even for tiny dogs. For your dogs safety, please see pictures to determine if the gaps are too big for your dog before making a reservation. Thanks so much.🐶❤️

My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.
