Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. As of 9/14 we cant book any pool bookings during the day, however is you are just using Sniffspot and no pool, please message me and I can open up the calendar! Please note, no more than 4 people on the property per booking. There is an ADDITIONAL FEE for dogs to swim as well as an ADDITIONAL FEE for mom+/dad to swim with them. And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. (I’m sure you can see with this info that there are MANY that don’t respond and don’t participate in the rules) With that said, Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)
