This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

Welcome to Pumpkin’s Play Place. This is a fully fenced in yard on 1 acre of land 15 minutes outside of Hershey. Located at the end of a quiet street adjacent to a horse farm, dogs and people are welcome in to enjoy the sun and shade, and quiet. We especially love it when rescue dogs visit! Basic amenities provided however additional amenities can be provided upon request. Please park at the bottom of the drive way and enter through the front gate at the bottom of the yard.

Bring your own toys, or we'll leave some out for you and your pooch to enjoy! Pool temp is adequate for dogs (approx 68°) but may be too cool for human handlers. We are located near York Hospital and York College; we are centrally located. Easy access with off street parking. Pool is open seasonally. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes October 19, 2023, and reopens in April 2024. The large back yard is open all year round.

I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Hello, and welcome to Iron Mine Dog Run! Come and relax on our shaded porch, and swing on the porch swing while your pup runs around our fully fenced in yard. Our corner lot is in the quiet country setting of Londonderry Township/Middletown and offers little to no distractions for your pup. There is a picnic table, porch swing, and patio table and chairs for resting. There is a spigot with a hose and sprinkler for those hot summer days, or to fill your pups water dish! There are many shaded spots to get away from the sun around the yard as well. We love where we live because of the scenery, quietness, and low traffic volumes. Our 4 pups thrive in this environment and we know yours will too, we’re so happy to be able to share it with you! There are several toys for your pup(s) to play with as they choose! Dog towel will be hanging on a patio chair. Kiddie pool available upon request at least 9 hours before visit. On site Wi-Fi available. Enjoy! (:

Our SniffSpot Play Yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall wooden privacy fence. We have 19 wooded acres with our boarding facility being located at the South end of our property, the owners personal residence in the middle and our private SniffSpot play yard at the North end of our property. We do have a nice walking trail that meanders through our property but please be aware that our Playful Pups Retreat Staff may be walking overnight boarding dogs on the trail during our business hours. There is a container with a few toys to play with inside the SniffSpot yard but we do suggest bringing your own toys. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pet. Please take bags of poop with you or stop at Playful Pups and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash receptacles. FOR NOISE SENSITIVE DOGS! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO HAVE A GUN CLUB NOT FAR FROM THIS PLAY YARD. DEPENDING ON THE DAY THERE MAY BE GUNFIRE. NOTE: If you want to walk your pup on our nature trail please stop in at Playful Pups and speak to one of our reception team.
