6ft privacy fence, well maintained yards. For the humans if you’d like use of your amenities such as the fire pit, grill, outdoor games and restroom there will be a $50 fee. If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.

Our yard is completely fenced in and we have redundant gates, to make sure any escape artists don't get loose, while entering or leaving. We provide fresh bowls of water, which are washed between each dog visit. We also have a brand new deck, where you and your pooch can lounge in the sun, as well as many shady areas.

This is quite litterally my back yard. My pup has been getting bored with the smells in our yard. He is a very quiet, dog friendly, non-reactive Great Pyrenees. He's already somewhat of an indoor cat so he won't be bothered waiting inside. Hoping some new dog smells would spice up his life! We have some apartment complexes nearby and would love to share the yard with some of our neighbors! We have some uh rustic yard furniture and an in ground fire pit. There are outdoor lights both on the exterior of the shed and string lights around the fire pit. We enjoy the native plants we have in our yard and don't cut the grass but every few weeks or so. We have a feral cat colony living in the neighbors yards but they stay away from our yard when dogs or people are around. There are also cats in the window of the house for fair warning.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

Our yard is surrounded by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence. There’s a wood deck with seating and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Bottled water is available at no charge for humans and pups, in the mini fridge. Your welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Dog bowls, kiddy pool, and hose are in the yard for the pups.
