A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. From open fields, trails, forests, and a pond, there is no shortage of exciting things for your dog to discover. You may even see some deer or wild turkeys during your visit. All dogs welcome! The property is not fenced, but there is plenty of off leash space. If you are unsure and would like to borrow an 15 foot lead, we can lend one to you.

This is a private rental, when you book you are the only one in the space. We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. There is a large area (1+ acre) of cut grass and some trails through the woods to explore and smell. It is exclusive, and only the people and dogs in your booking are allowed in the park during your visit. Ideal for sensitive or reactive dogs. *Some areas of the woods have "valuable items" left behind by the previous owner. We are in the process of cleaning it up but quite a bit is still remaining. If you see anything you want, let me know, no reasonable offer refused.

***Charges are in USD*** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. RIVER LOVERS’ SPOT IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE…. We are overrun with Canada Geese. The nesting pair were welcome but the number that have moved in since are overwhelming. Their waste has made the site unpleasant. There are 50-80 in residence currently. The adolescents are 75%. Attempts to thwart them have not been as successful as summers past. I will change the calendar (and pics) as the move on. Summer is short!! UPDATE: We are awaiting approval by Dept. Environmental Conservation for ground changes. I’M ANXIOUS AND WILL POST WORD SOON…please be patient 🙁. Follow up 8/10/2022 With summer slipping away and things not changing on our waterfront, I’ve decided to open the calendar and see what happens. Things don’t always go as planned. The water is low. The shore is rocky (but not far in). The natural shore is pretty mucky. And there’s an old dock that needs to be pulled. Mostly cosmetic and negotiable with the keepers of the wetlands. DOGS DON’T CARE. Take a peek and see if it would suit your pup. We’ll be here next year but once it freezes it’s a “no dog” zone. 🐾 Dogs, bring your people and swim, run, or just watch the ships on the St. Lawrence. No fence but there’s more riverfront than road front. Our spot is small, quiet and your only distractions will be shore birds, waterfowl and fish. The shore is low rocks so good footing preferred. The water is shallow. The vistas are perfect. All dogs should have a river spot to share.

It sits on part of my property that offers paths to roam and discover, as well as water holes that are found mostly in the spring and fall, and dry up in the summer months. There is a beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees and birds. It is unfenced, however, there are paths that are closer inland and away from the road.

A little bit of country in the city :) I have dogs of my own but they will be kept inside or out with me during your time. There will be fresh water bowls for the dogs and bottled water for humans. 100% of the proceeds will go to help run our small dog rescue! Thank you for your support from rescue dogs everywhere!

***Charges are in USD*** It’s a fully fenced yard for your dogs to sniff and run around. We welcome all size dogs, the place is exactly as in the pictures. There are chairs, table, poop bags (in shed), trash can, and garden hose ( in summer only) in the yard for guests to use. You can choose to bring your dogs poop away or put it in the small green bin (organic bin). Please make sure your dog poop is fully wrapped by poop bag before you put it in the bin.

The perfect place for your canine companions to have a great time. Our park is located in a beautiful natural setting, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park has a 1 acre 5 foot fenced-in play area that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules.
