Nonesuch Meadows Farm

Enjoyable farm fields with lots of room for dogs to roam and play. Wildlife does show up at times, anywhere from deer, turkeys, skunks and porcupines. Our main field does abut a golf course, and often get stray balls fly over the fence into our field. To avoid being hit by one, I’d recommend staying more towards the middle to right of the field. During deer season we do require the owner and dog to be wearing orange, and don’t have guests come on Saturdays. We do hay our fields in the summer (May/June-September) time, and once that begins we will set up a schedule with specific areas that can be utilized.

My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! The dog yard is split into 3 main zones with gates so you can explore while keeping your dog in sight. We have lots of space to explore, toys, and lots of other amenities! Our farm is set on 75 acres here in historic Litchfield with the original 1830 farmhouse and a big red barn. We have multiple areas for your to explore: 1. Our Play Yard welcome area that has a 3 sided shelter with seating. This is where you can grab some poop bags, toys, or request extras like agility equipment, kiddie pools, corn hole, BBQ grill etc. This area also lights up at night. 2. The Wilde Side with lots of paths to explore, a secret garden, native plants, hedges, multiple spots to sit, and a big open meadow. We are working making this area a monarch way station as well! 3. Our new area, Wolf Tree Meadow! Walk behind past the barn towards the hayfield and explore the stone compass circle. Rent the fire ring or use the table and chairs to relax while your dog sniffs to their heart’s content. Please note the entire SS accessible property is fenced. There is a driveway gate, and a second gate to enter our SniffSpot.

Toni's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Topsham

This is a long, large space that dogs could run and play in. The side of the house where the entrance is is the same fenced in area as back yard. It is also the entrance to our house so we will let you know if we are home or expecting deliveries. We do have neighbors with dogs that are let out a few times a day but do not spend most of their time in the yards next to ours. We don’t have any dogs ourselves but you will definitely have a kitty audience (we have 5!). Feel free to sit on the steps on the back porch or the chairs around the fire pit, and you can also feel free to fill your dog’s bowl with water from our hose on the side of the house, just please shut it off. :)
