We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

Heartland Place is the perfect spot for the furry family in your life and humans of all ages too! (One guest is included with your reservation to use our playground but additional guests would need to pay admission to our playground if they want to enjoy it!) Safe location for dogs of all sizes that need to run and play with no reason to be confined. Located adjacent to a winery that will make the puppy parents happy too. Come for an hour or multiple hours and you will leave with a happy sleepy puppy!

Located minutes from downtown Punta Gorda, gorgeous 2 acres, owner residence on site. Large shady oaks, big dig pit, private pasture and well-cut grass to run and play. Water and toys-FULLY FENCED! 1 couple or 1 owner, 1-3 dogs only. No small kids or families at our spot for safety reasons. (Beware of red ant piles-we treat often but rains stir them up, dogs usually stay clear-Keep feet moving) Please honor your timeframe with 1/2 hr buffer before & after bookings. Frequently Asked Questions This is my first time with Sniffspot, what can I expect at CC Dog Park? Your first experience will be completely private, no other dogs or people will be around during your visit. You have the freedom to play, run, or walk around the property. When you get here, we will give you a tour of the property and then leave you for the hour. We have a picnic table with umbrella you can sit at during your stay. Will there be other dogs around? No. Upon your visit, our dogs will be kept inside while you’re outside. No other distractions except the possibility of seeing neighboring dogs. We have a large, fenced-in yard ready to have your fur babies play in it. We offer water bowls, water hose and toys.
