Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. To access that area just drive off the paved driveway onto the dirt road and into the woods. Parking is near the sniffspot gate. There are chairs and a cooler with water for dogs and a water bowl is provided. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.

Sniffspot is an amazing option for dogs who are reactive or have behavioural issues. I am definitely speaking from experience with my own dogs. Nothing wrong with having a safe space for your dog to just be a dog. Worry-free playtime. I spend every waking moment I can with the Loves of my life. Needless to say, I have a very limited social existence. There is also a lot more trails surrounding my property that is available for dog walks in nature. I'm 60, total animal lover and have had dogs all my life. There is a water tap outside and a bowl if needed. Water is from a spring fed well, no Chlorine.

Located conveniently right on Highway 12 just south of Greenbank between Uxbridge and Port Perry. Only about 12 minutes from Brooklin, 17 minutes to Whitby and 12 minutes from Sunderland I also have an INDOOR sand arena available for anyone that needs indoor training space.
