They sprint through the open fields, follow trails of scent through the grass, splash into the pond, and explore at their own pace. Humans usually take a little longer. They settle into the shade beneath the trees. Listen to the wind moving across the water. Watch clouds drift over the pond. And slowly remember what quiet feels like. We’ve intentionally left the land natural. No crowds. No traffic. No barking from neighboring dog parks. No pressure to hurry. The Orchard 🍎

We’re excited to share our private 2-acre organic apple orchard with you and your dog! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who need a quiet place to explore. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, trees in bloom, and our sunflower patch! There is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them). Due to the nature of our property and the outdoor environment, I cannot guarantee the absence of wildlife, wildlife scat, insects, mud, fallen fruit, weather-related conditions, or other natural elements. Welcome to my Sniffspot! Over an acre of fully fenced romping wonderland for your furry friends. Set in a very peaceful, private area in Okemos. Ample, lined parking on-site. Private gated entrance to the puppy playground. Amenities include a pool, water bowls station, poop clean up station with bags, tools and a trash receptacle. Chew toys, fetch toys and tug toys. A garden hose and dog towels for clean-up. For our two-legged guests, we have a beautiful, spacious sun or shade back deck with ample seating, ample seating amongst the property in the shaded grass, Wi-Fi and chilled bottles of water.

Three acres of country space to run, sniff, explore, and play! Our property features an 1880s farmhouse, old barns, plenty of open space, and some absolutely stunning sunsets. There’s also a water spigot up by the house, so you can easily grab some water for your pup while you’re here. It’s a simple, peaceful piece of the country with lots of room for your dog to stretch their legs and enjoy being outside.

This is a private residence with a very large backyard fenced in. We are set back from the road so once you are in our back yard it feels like you are 2 hours + north. In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dogs. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and we just added a small doggy pool for your pup to cool off (may not be large enough for big dogs). Our home is generally locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen that you may explore. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. Feel free to enjoy the views, fire pit, and back deck. Thank you.

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
