A back patio that’s covered so if it happens to rain, you can get out of the rain or get out of the sun with chairs and tables cute little garden beds, and a chicken coop in the back. Also, a fun little sprinkler had that you can turn on to let your dog play in the water.

Water, a wading pool, treats, toys, a pooper scooper, and a trash can for the pups. I’ve got 5 dogs: a Pug, Italian greyhound, Maltese, French Bulldog, Boxer mix, and a cat. They stay inside the house while your pup plays in the backyard. There is a play structure for kids, a ping pong table, basketball, and horseshoes to entertain you while your pup plays. There’s no charge for additional humans up to 10 guests. I’m also happy to host birthday parties for your pups! Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

If your dog is a grazer, has allergies, or is sensitive to what's underfoot, they can sniff, roll, and nibble to their heart's content without you having to wonder what they're picking up. Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.
