Take advantage of the last bit of summer with a large fenced in back yard and lagoon pool! I am offering my yard and pool for those who have dogs that love agility and swimming! I have pet turf throughout the back yard which makes clean up a breeze! I do have 2 dogs of my own so please be sure to pick up after your dog. There is a hose located to the left of the stairs you can use for water if you pup needs a drink. When you enter the property, please go through the gate that is located between the shed and house. Sundays are blocked off for pool maintenance and cleaning. If my open availability does not work for you please send me a message. I have specific times blocked off and can open time slots if needed. I allow 2 adults per visit. Any additional adult is an added fee with the max of 4 total adults, please be sure to add them before booking. No children please. There are security cameras through out the property that are active when I am not home. *Pool rules* -Please help your dogs learn where the stairs are in the beginning of the visit this will help prevent scratching the walls of the pool. -If you have a dog that sheds a lot please brush them well before swimming, I work hard to keep the pool and pump clean and a overload of dog hair can cause significant damage. -There are dog toys through out the yard you are welcome to use please just remember to remove them from the pool after your visit. - Towels are not provided. - Smoking is not allowed in the yard, thank you for understanding. Come enjoy our large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore! 🐾 The yard has a mix of open grassy space and a naturally wooded area with lots of trees, leaves, sticks, and interesting smells for dogs who love to explore. There’s plenty of shade throughout the yard as well as seating for humans while your pup gets their energy out. Our yard is very much a real, well-loved family and dog yard rather than a manicured lawn. The grass is thin/patchy in some areas, particularly after a dry summer and lots of use, but the yard is maintained and there is still plenty of space for running and playing. We’d rather be transparent so you know exactly what to expect from the photos! You may also see some of our kids’ outdoor toys and play equipment around the property. We have dogs of our own, but they will be kept inside and separate during your reserved time so your pup can enjoy the yard privately. Whether your dog needs a safe place for zoomies, some off-leash exercise, or just wants to spend an hour sniffing through the woods, they’re welcome to make themselves at home here!

Welcome! Sniffspot holds a special place in my heart. My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! As an avid Sniffspot guest, I wanted to return the favor once I got a fully fenced in yard and host. My dogs love all the sniff action it brings too! This fully fenced yard with privacy fencing is just the right size to let your pup(s) safely explore, sniff, play and zoom while being able to easily keep any eye on them. No pesticides, chemicals or fertilizer are ever applied. There are areas of the yard with some bare spots and dirt but I see it as signs of love and happiness from all the pups that have come to play! **Outdoor lighting: There is a hardwired flood light that is motion activated and will remain on for 15 minute increments if not triggered by further motion. Pups moving about trigger the light so it will remain on your entire visit after dark! There are solar-powered string lights that give off a subtle glow. There are also solar-powered motion activated lights along the fence line that are also triggered by the pups. See spot photos for examples of the yard after dark!

If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.
