Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Water troughs filled daily. When you tire of throwing the tennis balls (provided), bring a coffee or book and relax in the outdoor living room. This covered spot has seating for four adults, board games, and peace and quiet.

We are a dog hotel, offering our indoor, heated pool for Sniffspot guests. We have an indoor (human) restroom, life vests for the dogs, pool toys, towels for drying off, and ear cleaner available for your use. Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field/complex located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a safe, private use, dog park alternative where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash while in the company of their people, only, while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use sessions combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well privacy screening along Club fencing, are all designed to ensure minimal to no encounters with others dogs or people. Private use/sessions are limited to maximum of *3 registered dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per session. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/sessions with unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and amongst dogs from different households is NOT permitted. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered, not guaranteed, by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. We welcome members and non-members alike. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.

Hello!! Thank you for taking the time to check out my spot just outside of downtown Orlando! I’ve just had a ton of work done to my yard to be sure that you and your fur friends will be as comfortable as possible! My yard is a great size for any activity level and I’ve got a good sized patio that allows your pup to hang out with you! My spot also has a hose so if you need or want to wash your pup during your visit you are more than welcome to! I also will provide a water bowl that you can fill up with the hose outside and some toys that you are welcome to use! The only thing I ask is that you clean up any pet droppings, I put pick up bags outside and there’s a little tin trash bin for you to drop those used bags in (: I do have a dog in my unit but during the time that your pet will be there he will remain unseen and unheard! (He’s an old man that doesn’t like playing much anyway) I occasionally work from home so there is a chance that I will be there too but I’m pretty hands off, I’ll welcome you in via chat and then let you use the yard as if it’s your own (: If you have absolutely any other questions please feel free to reach out to me and I will do my best to answer them.
