Pig Beach (near Port Ludlow)
A .63 acre dog sanctuary for you and your pup. The yard is well maintained with dog friendly grass and has incredible views of the Hood Canal and Puget Sound. If you're interested, there is private beach access for you and your pup to explore miles of beach (public but almost always empty). There are numerous dog toys available and a massive 6+ person, dog friendly couch (late Spring to early Fall) you can relax on and watch the canal when you need a break! Regarding the beach, there are approximately 50 steps which you will need to climb up and down to access the beach so please wear proper footwear. As this is on the Hood Canal and not a lake or a pond, tides impact the size of the beach. If you are hoping to walk endless miles of beach, the tide will need to be at 2ft or below. Anything under 4ft will give you a massive area (probably 1/2 mile or more) and almost guaranteed private area as only people with stairs can access the beach at this tide level. Though the beach is open at any point, I think the maximum height you would probably want to go is about 6.5ft. This still gives you and your dog a decent sized area to play in (approximately 500ft by 30ft or 1/2 acre). Photos 16 and 17 show the beach at 6.25ft with a very large sandy area for you and your pup to play in. Anything above 6.5 ft is not recommended as the beach just gets thinner and thinner, but you're able to try if you want. (no refunds given if you don't like what you find). With that said, a 8 ft tide still gives you approximately 20 feet x 300 feet of beach to roam so you pup still has some room to explore and 9ft is approximately 10 feet x 30 feet. You are responsible for checking out the tides before you go. Legally, I can't recommend any specific source for you to use, but you might find good information Googling "tide chart port ludlow". Regarding ADA Accessibility, my property is on a gently sloping hill. To access it, there are 2 very wide concrete steps to get to the grass. This would be doable for someone on crutches and probably ok for a regular wheelchair if you had a second person to help lower you to each step and pull you up. It's definitely not accessible to a motorized wheelchair. Sorry. Note - restroom is only available if I'm home, otherwise there is one approximately 2 miles northwest at the gas station in Port Ludlow

Seth's 30 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Chimacum
Glendale Farm Dog Park Description Welcome to Glendale Farm, a peaceful 180-acre working farm in the heart of the Chimacum Valley where dogs and their people can slow down, explore, and reconnect with nature. Our Sniffspot offers a unique off-leash experience surrounded by open pasture, mature forests, seasonal wetlands, orchards, and quiet farm roads. Depending on the season, you’ll enjoy expansive grassy areas, shaded woodland trails, and wide-open views of one of Washington’s most beautiful agricultural valleys. Your visit is designed to feel like a private countryside adventure. Dogs can sniff along hedgerows, explore winding trails, splash in seasonal puddles after the rains, and enjoy plenty of room to run while you relax beneath towering trees or take in the surrounding farmland. Wildlife sightings are common and may include deer, eagles, hawks, owls, frogs, and countless songbirds. Because Glendale Farm is an active agricultural property, you may occasionally see tractors, farm staff, livestock in separate fenced pastures, or other farm activity at a distance. Our Sniffspot area is selected to maximize privacy while respecting our farming operations. The property changes dramatically with the seasons. Spring brings wildflowers and lush green fields. Summer offers dry walking paths and warm evenings. Autumn is filled with colorful foliage and migrating birds, while winter showcases dramatic skies and peaceful landscapes. Please keep all gates exactly as you found them and remain within designated Sniffspot areas unless otherwise instructed. We encourage you to take your time, breathe deeply, and let your dog experience the sights, scents, and sounds of a working regenerative farm. ⸻ Cleanliness We work hard to provide a natural and enjoyable experience. As an active farm, the grounds are maintained regularly, though visitors should expect natural conditions including grasses, mud during wet weather, leaves, sticks, and uneven terrain. Please help us keep the farm beautiful by packing out any trash and disposing of dog waste in the provided receptacles. ⸻ Hazards HOST NOTE Glendale Farm is a working agricultural property and natural landscape. By visiting, you acknowledge that outdoor recreation carries inherent risks. Please use caution around: * Uneven ground, mole hills, roots, rocks, holes, mud, tall grass, and slippery surfaces. * Seasonal standing water and drainage ditches. * Fallen branches, blackberry vines, nettles, thistles, and native vegetation. * Wildlife including deer, raccoons, coyotes, birds of prey, snakes, insects, bees, wasps, and ticks. * Agricultural equipment, tractors, trailers, fencing, irrigation lines, and other farm infrastructure. * Livestock located in fenced areas. Dogs must never approach, chase, or disturb farm animals. * Weather conditions that may change rapidly, including rain, wind, heat, or icy conditions. Dogs should not consume unknown plants, mushrooms, berries, or standing water. While we make every effort to provide a safe environment, visitors are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. Please ensure gates remain closed behind you and respect any areas marked as private or closed for habitat restoration or farm operations. Guests assume all responsibility for themselves, their animals, and their belongings while visiting Glendale Farm and agree not to hold Glendale Farm or its owners liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or incidents arising from use of the property. We hope you and your dog leave a little happier, a little muddier, and already planning your next visit to Glendale Farm. 🐾🌿

🌲 Welcome to our little ¼ acre field in Port Townsend! It’s a quiet, tucked-away space surrounded by trees where your pup can sniff, play, and stretch their legs. You may even find a blackberry vine you’re welcome to pick from when it’s in season. We recently inherited this home, and offering our field as a Sniffspot is something new we’re trying. It’s simple for now, but we’ll keep improving as time goes on — we’d love a chance to host you and hope you’ll come back again soon! 💛 Our family (including a sweet Golden Retriever and two toddlers) lives nearby, but we’ll stay inside unless you’d like to say hello.

It's the luckiest yard ever.
Did that AirBnb you rented down the road not come with a fenced-in yard, and your dog is just going crazy with all that extra energy in that tiny cottage you're staying in? Fear not we have you covered! Our yard is just what you're looking for. Fenced in, grassy, fresh water and fun smells, are just what a dog need, so stop on by relax in the patio furniture, or lay in the hammock while your dog(s) run(s) off that extra energy and you finally get some peace on the vacation you deserve. The bathroom is in-house and is available upon request. We are southern hospitality folks and want to ensure that your stay, although short, as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Come on, you're on vacation! Life should be easy! So let us help you make it easier. There is access to fresh water for your pet at the hose. Just lift the blue handle to turn it on, and don't worry, the bowl is washed after each pet visit. Poop bags are provided for your convenience, next to the table in the basket, and there are multiple trash cans on site or you can just use the large one outside the gate to avoid the smell being near you. There's a patio table which has three chairs to accommodate extra people. Four guests only, please. That means five total, including you. If you have more than this, please message, and a possible arrangement can be made depending on the situation. We have a cooler outside with chilled bottled water and snacks free for you to enjoy, and sadly, we only stock it to Five. We only ask that you please use the trash cans provided. They are lucky to have a patch of four leaf clovers on our property. When they are in bloom, you are free to take a few. Please be kind and leave some for others as they only bloom three times a year. If your dog tears up the patch, do not worry they will grow back. It is a root system, and I know where the main patch is and can bring more back here. Please do not worry. If you would like a clover that is already pressed and ready to go, please ask, and if we haven't run out in the house, we can give you one. The furniture is steamed and the yard, sprayed, monthly for fleas and mosquitos that the local wildlife tend to bring. The yard is closed off for use 3 days after it is sprayed. We apologize for the inconvenience. There are also cameras on site at the entrance to show when people come and go, but no camera is pointing at the play area. They are pointing out the parking area so we can when you check in and out. Hey, I guess you can't stop asking that nagging question. Is my car's going to be safe here? There is also another camera near the front entrance to the house, so if you need to use the restroom, you'd have to walk past it as well. Sorry, we have a barn program cat, and we have to watch him, and we use this specific camera to do so, so it will see just your legs go by. It is at an angle that it can only see Shadow come and go and nothing else. If you'd like to see Shadow and his antics, feel free to ask. He's the real treasure that came with the house. Sorry, this was such a long-winded read! Wow, right! All that just to find a spot for your dog to poop! We'll if you were looking for a sign this is the place, here is the sign you're looking for...... POOP HERE. It's chill. We have snacks, and on sunny days, there is a 7ft Victorian couch in the yard to chill on, and we don't care if your dog jumps all over it, because dogs rule here and the furniture is theres first and ours second. Thank you, the Allen's.

2.5 acres, partially fenced. We are close to two different lakes, including one right a-crossed the street. We haveI friendly dogs, separate entrance off Holly Road. Hammocks on the property and places for you to choose to hang out :) we do have a seasonal creek. I've said our property should be a dog park, this is a super cool idea, and we are excited to be a part of it. We look forward to meeting new people. To make it even more exciting right down the road is Scenic beach (Google it). It's totally worth the trip even if you don't stop here. 30 seconds away, there is a country store, and the local watering hole (restaurant) Come enjoy this beautiful adventure for both you and your dogs! Also, we are new to this but will be improving! So please give recommendations!!
