Frank's Place - 5 Acres of Play Space

Welcome to our private, fully fenced 5-acre Sniffspot on Frank Road, designed for safe off-leash play and relaxed exploring. This is a quiet, secure space where dogs can run freely, sniff to their hearts’ content, and enjoy real outdoor enrichment without the stress of public dog parks. Many guests find it ideal for reactive dogs, shy dogs, high-energy dogs, or dogs that simply love having room to roam. The property includes a mix of open running areas and natural tree-lined spaces, giving dogs variety while owners enjoy mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and benches for resting. The entire area is fully fenced so you can relax while your dog explores. You’ll find poop bags and a trash bucket provided, and there is plenty of space to wander at your own pace. My own dogs are small dachshunds, so I pay attention to secure fencing and safe access for small dogs as well as large dogs. If this is your first visit, take a moment to browse the photos to see the layout and features, and read the reviews to hear what other visitors and their dogs enjoy most. When you're ready, choose a time and book a visit — we’d love to host you.

6 Acres of Off-Leash Freedom Where Your Dog Can Be A Dog

Let your dog run, sniff, explore, and just be a dog. Our private 6-acre property offers wide-open fields, fresh country air, and plenty of room for zoomies, fetch, training, or peaceful walks away from crowded parks. Perfect for reactive dogs, high-energy breeds, recall training, or anyone looking for a safe space to enjoy time outdoors with their pup. The property is fully private during your visit, giving you and your dog the freedom to relax and explore at your own pace. ✔ 6 acres of open space ✔ Great for running, sniffing, and training ✔ Peaceful rural setting ✔ Private bookings only ✔ Plenty of room for multiple dogs Please note: The property is partially fenced. There is a fence line around much of the property that provides a clear boundary to follow, but there are areas with gates and openings, so this is not a fully enclosed space. We also have chickens, ducks, and sheep housed in secure pens on the property. Most dogs do great with this setup, but if your dog has a very high prey drive, is known to jump fences, or may attempt to access livestock, please use caution and assess whether this environment is a good fit. Come enjoy a little slice of Colorado where tails can wag freely.
