Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. Quaint yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. Supervision required. Please clean up after your pet and please refrain from human/canine digging. Next to some veggie/fruit plants are little white baggies made of plant based citronella, pure egg, and garlic oil—this is to repel deer and rabbits. They stink. My dog sniffs and walks the other way, yours should as well. In the event they take it, I can send you the info of the product which does not harm animals or humans. It’s just stinky. The yard is mostly flat but not completely. It’s likely you will hear other dogs from the neighborhood, but unlikely you will see them. You may also spot the occasional deer in adjacent lots. Please park by the mailbox or sides of the house nearby. If your dog poops in the Ivy, you don’t have to clean it up. Please clean up if they poop in the grass. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. Plenty of room for your pups to run & play. Enjoy the shaded swing and shaded table, as well as a box full of balls & poop bags. Water bowls up by the garage doors. Please keep your dogs from digging, to the extent you can. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Please put it back in that rack, and not on the table. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely be heard, as they bark when you pull up. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags.
