There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. For safety reasons with my open Seawall and pool, I do not allow children under 16. Parking on Clearwater Beach is tricky, because we do not have street parking on my street, only TWO vehicles are allowed per visit, please try to carpool.

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
