Well manicured and safe backyard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. We have a 4 dog max per reservation due to the clean up process between visits. If you’re interested in going a dog party with more dogs, please reach out to me beforehand. An extra hour of booking will be required to allow for clean up time. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation. This property is fully fenced in with a beautiful backyard oasis for your dog to run around. Chlorine pool with an outdoor shower in the screened in lanai. Plenty of shaded sitting space by the pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep. We work from home and have two small dachshunds. Dogs will be kept inside and out of site. Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
