Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. (*** Trails are not in fenced area) Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Eight to ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge. (Don’t cross over) OR if not feeling like a gully trail is for you, you can just continue your walk past the opening and enjoy the flat ground around field 🙂 ENJOY! 😊

We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees are out only from April to October but please avoid the hives anyway. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. We have plenty of space for running around, playing frisbee, fetch, swimming.. whatever your fur baby is after. We are a small farm, which means we have chickens, ducks and goats. We keep our animals in their coops when fur friends are visiting. ***please note; we require notice at least one day in advance if the animals are to be kept in their coops. Otherwise we let them free range*** The creek has an easy entry location. It’s shallow water at that spot. Deeper water in other areas. Our property is sprayed using a food grade insect deterrent. Plus our chickens free range when there are no dogs around. This means very minimal tick sightings. We have children, so expect some toys around. If you’re bringing children, they’re welcome to play on the play structure. (Pending parental approval and supervision). Plenty of muskoka chairs to relax in while your fur baby plays. The road isn’t right beside the area where fur friends run, however it is accessible from the yard. If you have a dog that’s a flight risk or likes to chase cars, this isn’t the right spot for you.
