Looking for the perfect escape with your furry companion? Our 11-acre property offers the ideal setting for you and your dogs to explore, unwind, and enjoy the great outdoors. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: we do not own or have access to the grass field, as it is not part of our property, the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

**Spring/Summer: The times of day with the most shade are 8:30a-11a and after 4p. The yard is in complete shade after 6:30 pm. Middle of the day 11:30a-2:30p is the most sunny time. Welcome! Sniffspot holds a special place in my heart. My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! As an avid Sniffspot guest, I wanted to return the favor once I got a fully fenced in yard and host. My dogs love all the sniff action it brings too! Enjoy!

For dogs who love to explore new scents, the property borders a peaceful wooded forest line, ideal for a shaded nature walk. At the very back of the land, you'll even find a scenic stream. ​Please note: Access to certain backyard and wooded amenities comes with specific guidelines/restrictions, which we will happily discuss prior to booking. Woodland Paradise

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Large fenced in yard for any size dog to play in and explore. Our yard is fully fenced in and surrounded by well maintained trees and bushes with the peaceful sounds of birds. There are many spots with shade and sun for your fur baby to enjoy. Have peace of mind knowing that our yard is also safely sprayed monthly for ticks and mosquitoes. Dunkin’s dog park will not disappoint especially in the fall and winter months. Most of the agility equipment will be set up except during days with snow. Old Mystic K-9 Adventure Park

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.
