We have a 5 acre OFF LEASH area available, and an ON LEASH walking trail in the back of our property. We are pleased to invite you and your dog to our lovely fully fenced in area on our 12 acre property in the countryside of Montpelier, VA. 30 min from downtown Richmond, VA - come escape to the quiet and tranquil area we have set up and fenced off for dogs. An additional nature area for walking is available in the back; however, dogs MUST be leashed in this area, as it is not fully fenced back there. Walking trails have been cut and wildlife is often seen in our little sanctuary. Please be mindful of neighbors and leave the area as you found it. There are little trails in the woods near the back area of the yard to explore with your pup! The back deck has seating that anyone is welcomed to use. There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!
