I knew I should of rented my yard space YEARS ago! What a great idea dogs that live in apartments or homes without a yard but aren't that into large groups at dog parks & daycare facilities. I have over 15 years experience working with dogs and other animals. I started my own pet sitting and dog walking business in April of 2021. It's been great. This is just another wonderful way to gather and meet people that are just like me. Dog people that love making sure their pet is cared for and happy. We will provide you with about anything you or your pup(s) need. From water & snacks (human and canine) to toys and chairs. We have a toddler table as well if it is needed. At this time we are not offering indoor space including a bathroom for our human visitors. We prefer to keep the groups to 4 dogs or less. That way there is less stress or anxiety for the dogs that really just want to lay around or play fetch without getting their ball taken away! We will soon provide Chuck IT's, extra tennis balls, tough/rough pull ropes, treat finders (for non food possessive dogs), and some water activities to keep your dogs cool on hot days. If we do not have something feel free to bring anything along (your own lawn chair or cooler) and make the time worth it! I am over the moon excited to have this option as an extention of my dog walking and pet sitting/boarding business. Welcome to our backyard! We know how valuable new experiences are for dogs and how being off leash to run, sniff, and play is good for dogs' physical and mental well being - and ours, too! Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

We have a fully fenced in yard (4 feet tall) with multiple elevations to explore near Forestdale Cemetery. We want to share our yard with all dogs, but especially the ones that need a quiet space to enjoy just being a dog outside (especially if the dog park can be too intense). We had a reactive dog, and know how hard that can be. The yard is on a quiet dead end suburban road with plenty of free street parking. Entrance to the yard is up a few steps to the right of the house and driveway and features a Sniffspot sign near the gate door (see pictures). We do have a dog, Nova, who will be kept inside at all times. We love our yard, and hope you can enjoy it, too!

A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! Because of the heavy precipitation recently, there is a decent size puddle in the low ground of the yard and the grass surrounding it saturated. Feel free to use the hose to rinse your pup off if they play in the water. We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water. We have a large open area to play ball or frisbee and a meadow / English garden type area on the sides of the yard that provide fun terrain for your dogs to explore. The dogs are welcome to roam whenever they’d like, but please be mindful of what they eat since we have a native pollinator garden. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard (no dogs), and a white picket fence reinforced with chicken wire on one side. The shorter fence is on an embankment so it’s almost equivalent to our 6’ fence that surrounds most of the yard. We mow regularly. There is always ample, safe street parking directly in front of the Hawthorne Hotel, as well as on the side street where there is a convenient gate that leads directly to the back yard. The best spot is right outside the gate. Please be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as it requires a firm tug to latch. Quarter acre of grass, fully fenced. Kiddie pool just for dogs! While my fence is intact, I would advise caution for tiny breed escape artists who can potentially squeeze through small gaps. This has not been an issue in my experience with friends’ small dogs though.

Huge fenced in yard with private access to hiking trails in Ames Nowell abutting Cleveland pond. Spend time off leash in our yard before heading into the park. We do have a detention pond that will need to be off limits for your dog(s) but if needed, we have sprinkler / hose if they accidentally go into it. We kindly ask that you pick up after your dog.

Enjoy our secluded dog haven! Located just minutes from downtown Nashua, at our Sniffspot you’ll never know you’re in the city. Play a game of fetch on our large, fully fenced grassy lawn. In the summer, try out our kiddie pool add on to cool off! Sick of fetch? Strap on a leash and enjoy our short path through the woods (where you might catch a glimpse of our curious chickens or even a giant bullfrog in our creek)! Our pups love our Spot, and so will yours! *Spot Rules* We work hard to maintain our home. Please be courteous by following our Spot Rules: - No digging on the lawn. If you have a digger feel free to dig in the woods or in the dirt area under the deck. - Do not allow dogs to get too close to the chickens. They are used to dogs but jumping/ barking can startle them. - Please do not harvest food or flowers from the gardens. Seasonally, these items as well as eggs may be available for a small fee. My spot is usually always kept clean and neat besides the digging holes from my 2 dogs. Have lunch or dinner while you watch your dog playing and running at the dining table outdoors. Swimming pool available during season, feel free to cool off as well as your pup. Plenty of chairs to sit and relax and a sand box for the dogs. My dogs love sitting and digging in it. Water hose is always on so feel free to give your dog fresh water. Doggie bags are available to dispose of your dogs waste as well as a barrel. Enjoy, relax or run around with your furry friend. Outhouse is available as well.

2 acres of short grass. lovely stream past the chicken coop in the back. access to a private woods trail (on our property) that leads to miles of power line trails (rarely see anyone out there). The entrance to the trail is directly behind our fishing boat in the back.

Great open space with gentle slope to throw tennis balls, frizbees, etc. and completely fenced in with no possible escape. Clean-up provided between useage if you miss a poop plant.

Join us for ~1/4 acre of fenced in fun! The yard is level and easy to run around in or just relax and enjoy. We have 6' privacy fence and a nice shady area under the trees :) We have one dog of our own who will be inside during your stay. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. The fenced in area is down a long driveway and away from the sidewalk.

This quarter-acre, fully-fenced yard offers a large, quiet, safe spot for dogs of all sizes. There is a long stretch of yard perfect for fetch, mulch for digging, trees to chase critters up. Patio for the humans. I am a dog owner and sitter so I have a lot of extra dog items on hand. I have had special needs dogs so I am sympathetic to dogs and owners with specific needs.

The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want. People find it pretty awesome too!!! Update: hose water is turned off for the winter otherwise the pipes freeze. It will be turned back on in spring!
