Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Just room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and decompress at your own pace. “Thank you so much for hosting us — perfect place for my German Shepherd workouts in privacy without worries about other dogs that might trigger her.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Galina Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard offers approximately 2,500 square feet of open space with a private entry, so you and your dog can come and go without crossing paths with anyone. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. One honest heads-up, because I’d rather you know before you book: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear an occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it — and if your dog needs extra buffer, mornings tend to be the quietest. 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 We also have a self-service pool on site if your pup wants to cool off! It’s not pre-filled — you’re welcome to fill it yourself (it takes about 10 minutes to fill completely). Please drain it after use and give it a quick rinse so it’s fresh for the next sniffer! A back patio that’s covered so if it happens to rain, you can get out of the rain or get out of the sun with chairs and tables cute little garden beds, and a chicken coop in the back. Also, a fun little sprinkler had that you can turn on to let your dog play in the water.
