The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Welcome to Pawadise! Our dog resort features two fully-fenced acres, and 8 acres of nature trails that connect to miles and miles of public trails in Winchester. At the end of the public trails there are large open fields. Our fenced play yard contains tunnels, climbing rocks and playgrounds, a bone-shaped dog pool, and more! 200+ toys to play with, featuring rubber balls, plushies, flirt poles and tug toys. The area is lit by ambient hanging lights at night, and has an optional fire pit. The play area is 100% fenced in, and safe for even small dogs to be off leash. We inspect the perimeter daily. We have a trainer on-site for any training training sessions you'd like to add-on. We can help you hit the trails with confidence with some off-leash and recall training. Private equestrian facility nestled in beautiful Litchfield County. 10+ acre field with various things to climb on and jump over (tire bridge, logs, etc). Fully enclosed INDOOR arena with lights also available under our second location

*Same Spot. New Owners* Hot day, rainy day, cold day, snowy day - pop over over a fully enclosed romp in our private 80' x 180' indoor (riding) arena. Visitors are welcome to use the equine obstacles available in the indoor or bring your own. High windows in the building prevent visitors from seeing the other animals. Horses and donkeys are kept on site but not in the area of the spot. Openings starting at 30 minutes and up to full day rentals. Happy to chat about weekly club, daycare or spots. Please no digging in the arena footing. Please leave everything as you found it. Guests must sign a waiver on their first visit. The building is equipped with security cameras inside and out. Welcome to our fully fenced, secure, and private one-acre doggy paradise, tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac! Your pup will have plenty to sniff, explore, and enjoy with a large grassy yard, mulch areas, and wooded sections on both sides of the property. The wooded areas have been cleared underneath, creating fun paths for running, exploring, and leisurely walks. Relax while your dog plays, or join in the fun! There are multiple seating areas throughout the property, whether you prefer soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade.
