Please note that we do not operate this primarily as a pool rental site, and this is not a location to bring children to swim. ***Naturally treat our yard in the summer so that our guests can enjoy As a rescuer, I totally understand some dogs just can't do social (myself, most of the time too), so dog park is a No. SniffSpot is an option for those special pooches. Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. We're only 3 mins from Fenton, 2 mins from Downtown Cary. Sometimes I provide water (If I'm home and only one booking) you can get water from garden hose just make sure to shut off the faucet, water rate in Cary is outrageous 😳 Please msg us if you don't see any availability 😀8

Fully Fenced Half Acre in Garner!

Fully fence half acre lot in north Garner. A swing is suitable for people to sit on, or you're welcome to sit on the porch. A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, four dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to. Poop bags and trash cans provided, as well as rubber Chuck-It balls and a ball throwing stick, a durable soft frisbee, a large herding ball, and a flirt pole! There is also a green sprinkler that can easily be attached to the hose; if requested I can set it up for you beforehand or you're welcome to attach it yourself!
