Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

Meander along the old miniature train track paths — right now they’re a winter wonderland under a blanket of snow, but come spring and summer they’ll be groomed into charming walking loops that add a touch of whimsy to every visit. The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.
