There is a hose for water right outside the gate for dogs and humans (water is the same water that serves the house). Large trees offer shade. Visitors must stay in the designated field and may not open the gates to the goat pastures, access the house yards, or go into the woods beyond the property.

Gotta huge yard my dogs run in and out where needed the extremely spoiled so there not always out there I have a nice deck with a round table wth some comfortable chairs where you could hang out read a book umbrella took it covered from underneath. Got a nice barbecue. Got a big pool of course all that would be extra. None of that’s included, but it’s there and can be.

2 acres surrounded by barrier woods. Good for dogs who can come when called and just want to play fetch with you directly or you want to walk the track together. Right now dogs run the property freely in the backyard only and we have not had any problems. The Lounge is fenced! It’s hybrid indoor/outdoor. On cold days it’s indoor only, it’s a heated garage lounge with expandable fence. Dog parents can use desks and there’s free WiFi, coffee bar, printer. Get some work done while the dogs have full run of the lounge! Lounge has agility equipment, toys, water, treats, and the non human furniture is theirs to scratch! They can get it out of their system here instead of at your house! We can’t wait to have you come on down!
