This spot is so nice, gorgeous backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Cannot thank the hosts enough for offering the dog bath, my dog desperately needed to be bathed and he won't let me lift him into the tub but he will tolerate standing outside and being hosed off. I live in an apartment so I don't have the ability to do that, so being able to take him to this spot was so helpful.

Good space for your doggos to run! Host has good amenities and water readily available. The dogs loved sniffing around and running free. Yard is well maintained and safe as well. Loved using the hammock in the yard too

This was our very first time using Sniffspot and we found a gem! Great communication with host and very accommodating …as I was running late. Incredible space for dog play. Our Great Pyrenees loved exploring, running, and rolling in the one little mud area…until her heart was content. Great leisure items and area for guest to enjoy as well. Loved the tall privacy fence where we felt very safe and secure to let our Great Pyr run with the wind. Thankyou for sharing your space with us today. We had a great experience! Look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing time at this place! The yard is massive! They have a super cute setup which I loved made me and my dog feel very welcomed. I felt very secure and private with the tall fence, no way my dog could get out! No holes or major gaps in the fence that I could see. My dog had a great time sniffy every inch of the yard! We will definitely be back!

We booked this spot for our reactive dog and her brother, sadly our boy got injured on the way so we couldn’t make it. The owner of the sniff spot was very kind about the situation. Great communication and great Sniffspot. Definitely will be booking again

I have one dog with stranger danger and the other is extremely reactive to other dogs and livestock, so it can be a bit nerve wrecking finding a new Sniffspot that checks all of the boxes for us. Austin’s spot is quiet, well kept, and spacious. My pups loved running around the yard smelling literally everything. The extra amenities are a sweet, thoughtful touch also. Thank you for letting my knuckleheads enjoy this lovely day at your house.

Super large yard and tall fence around the property. There were dog treats, toys, trash can, and poop bags available which was nice. Usually mosquitos always find me but I didn’t get any bug bites- surprising because I went in the evening and it was kind of damp out. Definitely recommend. I am an hour and fifteen away and the drive was definitely worth it.

Austin’s backyard is awesome! It’s huge, fully fenced, and slightly wooded. One of my dogs is an escape artist and was completely contained by the 6ft fence. My dogs ran, sniffed and played with the many toys they provided. They also provided water for both the humans and dogs, wipes, poop bags, and treats for the dogs. Will definitely be back. There aren’t a lot of sniff spots this large and fully fenced.

Our dogs had a great time here! There was tons of open space to play fetch and with the flirt pole! We appreciated the balls and toys scattered around the yard, too!

A nice quiet neighborhood for my pup and I to go to. We enjoyed every minute, plenty of space for her to run around and I didn't have to worry once, the fence is very solid.

Had to leave another comment for people who are looking for a quiet space with respectful hosts! We have a reactive dog who is sweet, but loud and sounds scary… Madison makes sure there is no dog or person in site. Our dogs ran for 40 minutes straight! There was water and tons of toys. There is a great shaded space to sit and relax while the dogs go crazy!

The yard was great and even had toys! Just be careful where you step, there are some ant hills :)

FAQ about our Angier dog parks

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Angier area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 149 fully fenced dog parks in the area.
