Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. The wood chips around the play ground did blow away to Kansas I’m guessing. The yard has concrete edging to protect your pups paws from the sharp metal edging that is out there. Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

High clearance is not needed but in winter, you should have winter tires / 4wd / AWD or backup chains. -You will probably not have cell service here. I will provide the WiFi info before you arrive. I also recommend downloading Google Maps for offline use. -Terrain is uneven, please watch your step. -There are dog toys throughout the yard. -The silver trash can is for dog poop. You will find dog bags on the fence next to it. -You can’t see any other houses from the fenced area. -You may encounter wildlife (moose, deer, etc)… typically outside of the fence but possible they could jump inside. -You should typically not see any other dog or human. You might hear a dog barking in the distance or occasionally my dog barking from inside. You might see me walking around inside my home through the windows. There is a small chance my neighbors will ride their horses behind the fenced area but this is not common and they usually move through quickly. -If you need towels, please ask ahead of time. -Please, no digging in the area with short grass near the house, near any fence lines or near the solar array or well head. Do not enter the solar array or well head enclosure. -Access on the property is limited to the fenced area.

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot The Spot is over 1.25 acres of fully fenced (6' chain link) field with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil with dry groundcover during dry Summer, Fall, and Winter months, and mowed natural vegetation during the Spring and wetter Summer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about a quarter mile so it is great for the active dog owner too. This Sniffspot is a close, rural ambiance location in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. The Training Yard The Training Yard is a 60’ x 30’ fenced yard with a Dog Tuff ™ grass surface. This is a unique grass designed with dogs and drought tolerance in mind. The Training Yard is a place for your focused training. You can also use this area as a cool down area after playing in the field. And of course, this is a great yard for my guests with smaller paw prints. Please be mindful that you may want to roll in this grass with your dogs as I do with mine, so please spend time in the field area to potty your dogs before entering the Training Yard. The “Extras” The Spot and the Training Yard are included with your reservation. Some may take training to a competitive level, so I also have available as “Extras” a complete set of AKC Rally signs and equipment, AKC Obedience jumps, and some practice equipment for your Agility training. REACTION NOTICE: I share a 300-foot fence line with the neighbor to the west and have installed privacy screening to minimize distractions. The neighbor has dozens of loose chickens, and the dogs do not bother them. Dogs may bark with curiosity, which is normal and okay, but they often stop once they realize the chickens do not react. Also, the neighbor has a dog that infrequently, though on random occasion has access to this shared fence line. Please consider this if your dog is very highly reactive.
