The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. 1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW in July: We just added a small pool under the water park sprinkler play feature - perfect for beating the summer heat! Also, we added a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, two tunnels, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Hi there. I have a 12 acre hay pasture that is fenced for livestock but does not have dog proof fencing on all sides unless you have a (very) large dog. There is a pond that dogs love to play in, and a dirt mound for digging. There are plenty of pecan trees for shade. The neighbors on one side have a dog (i think), and sometimes people ride their horses down the dirt road and can be seen. People are rarely seen.

My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence.
