We believe dogs are family so we have worked hard to create a customized experience for your human and furry family that you will remember forever. We offer two separate fenced-in areas that connect. Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs to each other in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching station, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems (seasonal). We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

This place is amazing! My dog had an incredible time, and so did I. Tons of space, lots of things to throw and fetch, lots of stuff to sniff. Melodie is great, there’s even a little coffee station. We will for sure be back :)

Every time we come here it is fantastic! Our fluffy babies love running free. There is a bumper sticker that says, "I'm trying to be the person that my dog thinks I am." Well, we believe Melodie has achieved that goal. Thank you Melodie! You are truly one of a kind!

I think this is my third written review amongst many other star only reviews but Melodie is so thoughtful, definitely goes above and beyond with various winter treats and warmers and the dogs love having a snowy yard to race around and catch snowballs!

Melodie was very kind and welcoming, her space truly is a haven for dogs. She’s thought of everything to make it easy as pie and she even included snacks and drinks. For our particular reservation she met us with a dog she is watching and we let the two run around together and sniff each and every snowflake. Houston slept for hours when we got home, so that’s how I know he got plenty of stimulation from our visit. I would recommend to anyone and I definitely plan to return next time I am in the area.

This was our first experience with a Sniff Spot and it was excellent. We went on a drizzly December day and the yard had about an inch of grainy snow, so we look forward to going back some day in nicer weather, but the dogs had a ball. Lots of good sniffs and the ability to really open up and run! Overall, the yard was clean and secure, although my girl (who likes to eat and roll in other dogs’ poop) did find at least one poop that had not been picked up by a prior user. The owners do have a dedicated poop trash can in the yard, which I appreciated. The access was easy… we entered through the garage, which was clearly marked (so we knew we were in the right place) and the host had left snacks, water, coffee, and even a dog bowl for our use, which was a nice touch. The yard was well fenced and secure, but note that the area attached to the house had a lower fence (no more than four feet) that my dogs were (I think) considering jumping, but they would have ended up in another fenced in area, so I wasn’t overly concerned. Most of the fencing is closer to 6 feet. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this spot and look forward to going back again. Thanks to the host for making such a nice spot available to others!

A member of our NH Dog Walking Club commented on a post for Snifspot about her visit, all GOOD things to say. just what I was looking for and SO excited to find a location in Allenstown 15 min from home. I noted the 5 star rating and read many of the over 100 glowing reviews. Several inches of snow this am, my dog was so excited to play in it, decided it was a good day to try Bear Brook Canine Camp. I appreciated all the information Melodie provided on Sniffspot and it was easy to reserve our time. After booking she provided all the information we needed regarding address, arrival, where to park, where to enter the area. Melodie met us for our first visit, showed us where to enter the yard and was sure to point out any obstacles like stairs covered with snow as we entered the yard. She had a coffee/hot chocolate station with snacks, clean water bowl for Jethro and a very large bottle of water. The hot drinks were definitely appreciated especially today and I really needed a snack after an hour playing in the snow! She had even left a pair of spikes for my boots in case I did not have any but I had brought my own, again very thoughtful. Everything was covered in snow :-) we were the first to make tracks!! Since it was our first visit it was an adventure to find our way around. It is like a doggie paradise ! It's hard to imagine anything else they could want. I had brought a soccer ball and a smaller squeaky ball, both favorites to make sure he got enough running. LOTS of space for kicking and throwing the balls. I liked how there were different activity sections with fun stuff for exploring, section of big rocks to climb on and do parkour, a section with trees (and shade in summer) and a path through, opportunity to introduce to new objects, big flower boxes and LOTS of places for sniffing, shaded human sitting area, Kuranda bed for the pooch to take a rest and a swing set. As we tromped through the snow I kept discovering places in the yard we hadn't been. We used the agility jumps and hoop, with a bit of direction and Treats! What a great space to do recall training or reinforcement, it is a long distance from corner to corner and the opportunity to do training with obstacles between you using only voice recall without actually seeing you. Jethro is a 50 lb Jack Russell Terrier, who knows what he is mixed with? but he needs a LOT of activity and attention. He goes to Doggie Day Care to get tired out :) but to have a BIG safe place all to ourselves to play, lots of bonding, do some training is just priceless. We will definitely be visiting Bear Brook Canine Camp again. Thank you Melodie for providing such a great Sniffspot location, can see much thought went into creating this space for the dogs and their owners plus thoughtful amenities. Definitely 5++ star. We had a such great time and Jethro was sleeping on the couch within minutes of getting home!! I'm getting ready to join him. Mission accomplished!!

Just like during warmer months, Melodie's spot is amazing. My pup doesn't like it quite as much as me as she's not a fan of the snow. :) Melodie's signage, supplies and thoughtful treats are such a nice touch.

My dog and I met a friend with her dog who needs a fenced area here and it was perfect. Plenty of space to explore, sniff, run and play, dog toys for extra fun, agility equipment and numerous chairs around for human relaxation in warmer seasons. There were thoughtful touches like a dog bowl with water, towels for wet dogs, warm human clothes, snacks and coffee that were much appreciated.

This place was amazing ! I brought my two dogs and my son who is 10 months old . The yard had a nice porch swing and a baby swing which my son loved. There’s even a play area with sand for kids. The yard was massive . It was quiet and peaceful . My dogs absolutely loved it . They were in doggy paradise. The yard was really clean and well kept. The yard was completely secure no chance of my dogs escaping. I will definitely be returning . Thank you so much Melodie.

Great spot! There is so much fun to be had here. The space is large enough for a dog(s) to really run hard or explore away from you. There are toys and big rocks to climb up or hide behind. My dog often loses interest in a spot after he has walked around and sniffed a bit but this spot kept him engaged and interested. I also really appreciate all the separate seating areas for people to sit. Is a lovely spot and worth the drive from Boston on a nice day. We had a blast and left with a happy and tired pup.

5/5 will sniff here again. The yard is lovely. Lawn is well maintained and clean. The landscaping is great to look at and the large bolders are nice for teaching you dog to jump or climb on command. Also they allow you to be eye level with your dog. Trees will provide shade come spring/summer. The chairs for humans where also nice as well and the couple of toys available.

FAQ about our Belmont dog fields

Are dog fields safe?
If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. Contrary to public dog parks, all Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog for off leash exercise or outdoor training. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars, while public dog parks often do not even have verified reviews. All payment is done securely online by credit card in a few simple clicks.
How can I find dog fields in Belmont?

You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
