Fritz&Friends Farm 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Fort Collins

Hi!! And welcome to Fritz & Friends Farm! 💕We are so excited to share this spot with you and your dogs so they can run free and play! This spot offers a variety of excitement… Mowed trails, fun obstacles and play toys, a water tub and hose, shady trees with picnic tables, nice views of the foothills, birds singing and seeing my mini Herfords grazing in other sections of my property. Based on the season, it looks a little different. In the spring before the pasture is hayed, I mow trails through it. (Keep in mind when it rains or sometimes in the fall, it can get a little wet in the northwest section… but the other areas always stay dry.) When the summer comes, the pasture is hayed thereby offering a vast playground. When the winter comes in, it’s a fun place to play when it snows. My goal is to keep it lush with grass so I may offer limited open slots from time to time… So if you don’t see a time that works for your schedule, just message me! 45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Windsor Lake Trail & Dog Park

Maebell's 38 Acre Private Dog Park (1-mile south of Crossroads Blvd)

Please enter through south fence (large brown gate). My fence is a three-rail, welded, pipe fence because I have horses. I have a large pasture on the south side where dogs could play with ease. I do have prairie dogs and cotton tail rabbits on my property so prey driven dogs will be stimulated! If you’d like a mile walk to the back of the property I can lock the horses up. You will need to open a second gate to continue west. There is a very large pond just past the gate to the right. The pond dries out in the fall and fills up in the spring. You’re are welcome to let your dogs explore it. However, they will get muddy feet when it’s holding water. My neighbor just to the south has a fence made of trees right up against my fence. At the end of the property, you may continue on (north) for a longer walk. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your dog/dogs. We do have coyotes in the area so be aware.
