About our yard: Full privacy fenced spacious back yard with gorgeous view of woodlands. Easily accessible with locking gate for added protection. Covered patio with chairs for sitting and overhead fan to keep cool on warm sunny days! Fresh water provided to pets in clean bowls that are changed (cleaned and sanitized) after each client. Poop scoop and trash bin for waste provided! Water and snacks also available! Kid friendly! *due to Covid precautions we ask that you bring your own toys at this time. About us: We started this to help raise early funds for college for our kids and when they’re older to teach our kids responsibilities and business. We are a retired military family with two children and three dogs! I am an emergency veterinary nurse who is home during the day. Should your pet become injured while playing or need assistance, we have a pet first aide kit available. Full disclosure, our pets are social but it’s a hit or miss with other animals so therefore during your visit they will be kept indoors and locked up so you and your pets can have privacy and fully enjoy the space! What we ask/require: All clients must be fully vaccinated and we prefer your pet be on flea/tick prevention to help reduce risk of transmission and infestation. We ask that you please help us keep our yard beautiful and ready for the next client therefore all waste and trash must be picked up and put in the trash when you’re done. We will not double book times so you can be sure that your pet will have full access to the yard! Lastly, you must stay with your pet! We look forward to meeting you and your pup(s) and we hope you enjoy our yard as much as we do!

My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

Private backyard on .5 acres in a small South Raleigh Development, Dayton Woods. Partial woods in the rear but fenced all around. Parking in the driveway with gate to fence around the house to the right. Fence is 4FT high. There are 2 plastic pools available. One for small dogs and one for large.

In a completely safe neighborhood near Crabtree, there is a small personal wading pool, and the yard doesn't have any grass, but plenty of room to walk around. If this catches on, I will add some more "obstacles" and play things, but good inexpensive option if you would like to just have a place for your dog to hang out while you are at work or away. Will negotiate for longer term stays.
