We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. You can put any poop bags in the pot by the back porch door💩 4.) You can enter from either side of the gate. PLEASE CHEKC BOTH GATES TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE LOCKED BEFORE LETTING YOUR DOG LOOSE!! 5.) You're free to use the hose, which is located behind the willow tree where the kiddie pool is also located 6.) Your dog is allowed to roam WHEREVER in my yard 7.) Regardless if your dog is friendly or not, no one, including dogs will be in my yard while you're there, nor near windows 8.) It's best if you book in advance at least 1 hour, preferably so I can see the notification and prepare. 9.) I offer memberships 10.) Please be on the lookout for holes and other possible risks 11.) Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

The .36 acre yard is fully fenced in with several access gates. There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.

Fully fenced! Lots of sniffs to be had. On property: tennis balls, a hurdle, water bowl for dogs, a small picnic table, garbage pail for waste. Please use only the front yard, do not open the gates to the backyard. Have fun!

Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied.

We have a large backyard with a privacy fence and a new patio to relax while you watch your dog play and sniff around! There is a larger doggie pool that can be filled with fresh water upon request! We would love to have you visit! The garage will be open upon visit and you may enter through the door leading to the backyard. With the new dog respiratory illness, I will be doing a small screening asking if any dog visitors have displayed any symptoms. Also, there are 2 chairs on the patio but the couch has been put away for the winter :)

Hi! We live in a super quiet neighborhood (other than noise from the Highway)! Neither neighbor has dogs on either side, and we rarely ever even hear barking in the neighborhood. It is definitely not the biggest or most manicured property around here but it’s especially great for reactive dogs (like ours)! I hope you can enjoy our backyard! Upon request, we can offer the wifi code, hammocks, human games, and more! Just ask! ** please note that with all of the rain recently & extra foot traffic, it’s quite muddy in our backyard. We do provide a towel, paw cleaners, shampoo spray and a brush, however if the mud will bother you- feel free to cancel. Thanks for understanding.

Hello! We have big open yard for doggos to run around in! So much room for zoomies and playing. Fully fenced in. We would love to say hi to your furry friends, let us know if that's okay beforehand! Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!

Wonderful half acre all fenced, mowed regularly no hazards. Water on site. Would be great to bring along any training implements. Water and trash available at back side of building. Feel free to ask to use restroom if we are at building.
