There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. "Important: All Prices are in USD" NOT SMALL DOG APPROPRIATE The Sniff spot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. To access that area just drive off the paved driveway onto the dirt road and into the woods. Parking is near the sniffspot gate. There are chairs and a cooler with water for dogs and a water bowl is provided. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.
