We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

It’s that time of year! Produce stand is set up outside the gate with locally grown (around the block) produce. Honor jar at stand. Thank you for supporting local/small businesses ****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the wpool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 3 chickens in a fenced in coop.

We are a dog hotel, offering our indoor, heated pool for Sniffspot guests. We have an indoor (human) restroom, life vests for the dogs, pool toys, towels for drying off, and ear cleaner available for your use. The indoor pool has a private entrance and we do have a fenced in yard, if your pup needs a potty break.

But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

This is a beautiful property. You can come fish off the dock, swim in the swimming hole, play catch in the field area, or sit back and relax with your pup.

Well-kept yard for your dog to run freely and along with inground, swimming pool! There is a screened in lanai as well for shade.

5 acres of partially cleared and wooded land with a shallow and deep pond fully stocked with brim, cane pole and kid fishing is allowed, there are turkeys, guineas and chickens on site that can be caged. All drinks are acceptable and smoking friendly. There is a bathroom with outside access along with water hoses and outlets/extension cords. If you have your own training device you’d like to bring and set up we can work out half day or full day rates. This property is great for SAR training

My yard is it in a residential area with a homeowners association approval you will love my yard. Cannot do this without homeowners association approval! I do not have homeowners insurance, so any damage to the humans or the dogs is on you people! My driveway and the street is only place for people to park and it’s a limited time! Parking in the street is against the law here but the homeowners association allows it for a short period of time.

Fenced in .50 acre. Your pups can run free and safe. We have other pups on the backside and side of our home. They bark but are friendly. We have a pool for the pups to cool off in.

Bring your dogs for a run or a swim. Pool is included under extras for a small fee. Screened in pool has a accessible doggie door to go in and out as they choose. Humans can take a dip with their furry pals and cool down. Wifi is available with chairs and shade if needed. There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. If your dogs need a friend, they can make one here also. Restrooms can be accessed by host. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.
