We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

It’s that time of year! Produce stand is set up outside the gate with locally grown (around the block) produce. Honor jar at stand. Thank you for supporting local/small businesses ****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the wpool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release some energy or zip down the slide for a blast of excitement. We offer a few extras such as a fire pit and grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.

Huge yard, completely fence, back has 5' tall privacy fence. I lost my furbaby Niko in 2020 to CHF but he used to absolutely LOVE traipsing around the entire house and would make a complete 360 degree lap around the full house when outside. After living in an apt for years, I'm glad he got to experience his own yard without having to be leashed. Again, nice big yard, circles the entire house, partially privacy fenced in the back, trees for shading and bushes for curiosity.

Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

It's a wonderful place to bring your dog to exercise, sniff, roam, roll and play while you relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I only book one person per day so you can stay up to 2 hours if you like. As a reminder I require at least 24 to 48 hours notice before booking. Showing up at my gate will not get you entrance unless you have communicated with me directly and I have confirmed your booking.

Sozo Bark & Party Park is well shaded with sunny spots to enjoy. It's a great location for a private play session with your dog or you can bring a friend for a special play date. We can even host doggy parties for your favorite occasion. This is a non-smoking park: vaping is okay.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

Got plenty of room for them to run around and explore. No heavy traffic out here either. So much room for activities
