The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. We’re a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural Florida off of 39 in Zephyrhills. We have several tall, oak trees draped in Spanish moss providing ample shade and dappled sunlight perfect for enjoying the breeze (when there is one!), sitting on a blanket, or swinging on the swing! There is also sunny, wide open spaces for your dog to explore, including an in-progress butterfly garden that attracts many different butterflies and moths! Within the fences property, you may also see other wildlife like squirrels, scrub jays, woodpeckers, hawks, frogs, and more! While it is relatively calm and quiet, the area is full of farm life and activity. You may see and/or hear farm animals like horses, chickens, goats, peacocks, donkeys, emus, pigs, feral cats, and cows. You may also see and/or hear people working. Other amenities include a covered porch and porch swing, a few complimentary pet and human supplies (toys, poop bags, treats, bug spray, hand sanitizer, etc…) and a garden hose. The fee helps cover the extra pump cleaning and filter changing as the dog hair especially with long haired dogs makes a big impact. Screened in pool has a accessible doggie door to go in and out as they choose. Humans can take a dip with their furry pals and cool down. Chairs and shade if needed.There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.

The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool.
