Welcome to Fallen Oak Farm. A small permaculture style food forest sitting on the Etowah River. We have 6 acres total. 3 acres are fully fenced in to protect our garden. The unfenced area also has wide open spaces, In addition to a path in the woods that runs along the river. Large open areas for sunning or throwing your pup’s favorite toy.

We have 8+ acres of fields, trails in the woods and by streams your pups are sure to enjoy!

Overall, it’s a haven for pups to socialize, exercise, and have a great time! When you’re looking at the house from the front, the entrance is to the left. Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! THE PARK: Amazing field for your pets to roam freely. With over 7 acres of fully fenced area , your dog will definitely have a great time exploring. Perfect for reactive dogs to have a safe and secluded area to roam around. Tons of open space and shade for the summer days or a a nice walk during the chilly fall/winter season. Take a seat and enjoy our resting fire pit area with shade and a water bowl is provided for your pets ( They will be tired out after all the roaming!) Toys and dog poop bags are included. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Although I couldn't have that experience with my Scooby, I hope you have a peaceful and playful time as you visit Scooby's Dog Park.

* The park is fully-fenced, with 0.84 acres of cleared, wooded land (no grass). *Please be mindful of potential ground hazards as the area is not groomed. In fall and winter, leaves and any snow are not cleared and left in their natural state on the ground. You may encounter wildlife. * The entry gate is accessed by a coded lock. The code will be provided approximately 2 hours prior to your reserved time.

My yard is fenced with a 5ft. chain linked fence which was installed this past August. There are 2 huge trees, an oak and a double trunk sweet-gum which provide a great amount of shade, especially during our Geogia's summers. Later on I am adding some tires for the dogs to play and jump on. Hopefully I will add on other items for the dogs to entertain themselves with.

We are on 12 acres mostly wooded. There is a creek on the backside of the property. Which is also where the main acreage is and a trail. You will park outside the gate. You can stay on the frontside of the property…most of that acreage is on the left when you pull down the driveway. Or, if given enough notice I can put our dog inside. That way you can walk around the gate and down the driveway. Either direction you take if you go on the backside of the house there is a trail. If you follow that trail to the right you will see the creek further back. Open from 9AM to 7PM Daily with approval or reservation.

***New amenity*** We now have a propane fire table available to use for warmth as your pups play. Please make sure you turn it completely off before you leave. This fully fenced yard is a haven for pups and peeps! Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fire table and fetching sticks for you and your pups. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. This is the perfect spot for pooch parties and even wagging weddings. Message me your party ideas and we will make it happen! We have an outdoor restroom! 5 ft tall fencing all the way around -very happy spot! Expect to hear chickens or goats from down the street or horses and donkeys from across the street. Lots of birds and privacy from neighbors.
