Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. Plenty of room for your pups to run & play. Enjoy the shaded swing and shaded table, as well as a box full of balls & poop bags. Water bowls up by the garage doors. Please keep your dogs from digging, to the extent you can. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Please put it back in that rack, and not on the table. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely be heard, as they bark when you pull up. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. We have a 1/4 of an acre fenced and 3/4 of an acre of wooded land that is not currently fenced in, but can be accessed through a gate in the back of the yard. We have plenty of room for your baby to run, and the pool makes for a nice place for your pup to play if they like the water. We live at the end of a cul de sac, so there is street parking, and the yard is accessible from the driveway!
