Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — where leashes come off, zoomies begin, and tails never stop wagging! 🐾 Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard is your pup’s personal paradise. With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and do whatever makes your dog’s heart sing. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. Just a friendly heads-up: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear the occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it! 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Fully fenced backyard, accessible through an easy-to-open gate at the side of the house. The yard is L-shaped and largely grass, with a wooden deck at the side of the house that is shaded and has tables and chairs. There are plants in in-ground planters as well as pots. I have indoor cats that may pop up in the windows, and my neighbor has an indoor-outdoor cat that can be sometimes seen out front. Plenty of street parking.
