While the yard is fully fenced, there are small spaces that a dog can see and hear through and there may be people walking by throughout your visit. Fallen branches, wildlife and other normal outdoor conditions may occasionally be present. 🐦🐿️ The lowest fencing is approximately 4 feet high. This field may not be suitable for dogs that can jump, climb or escape over a 4-foot fence. 👀 PRIVACY AND DISTRACTIONS Our family dogs do not enter the Sniffspot field during confirmed reservations. They may occasionally be seen or heard from our separate family yard or house. Dogs, people, cyclists, vehicles and other animals may also sometimes be seen or heard outside the property. This is a good option for dogs that benefit from private space but can tolerate occasional sights and sounds. Peaceful 1-Acre Nature Field for Dogs - Fort Langley

A private, gently rolling acre of natural farm land in Fort Langley, kept for one dog group at a time. No other dogs in sight or earshot, no road noise, just open space and quiet. This isn't a flat backyard lawn. It's wild grass, mowed low enough to run and sniff freely, with soft rises and dips and a wide-open, ranch-country feel. A natural freshet runs along one edge, songbirds are always around, and the occasional rabbit gives the bold ones something to chase. It is peaceful and quiet, there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.The ditches have clean water in them - your dogs are welcome to play in the water. I know my dogs LOVE IT!!! Our space has been a favorite for people with reactive dogs as you literally have wide open space all to yourself and your dog companion. April 2023 Field is currently all in grass- We will take first cutting grass off sometime the first couple weeks of May. I will keep you posted here.
