The Pipeline. 6 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park with over 1km of trails

Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.

On our 26-acre hobby farm, we have a 6-acre fenced farm field/dog park. It is a large place! Private and all yours! Enjoy seeing natural landscapes, trees, our beehives and animals. Have fun, play catch, train and let your animal have unleashed freedom! We have uploaded a printable "safety map" for each season, which contains a legend for your use. Please note that the fire pit is not available during the winter season. Since we live in the County, we have a couple of nieghbours that have dogs and chickens or animals in their backyards. If other animals are out, please avoid walking along the fence and cedar trees on the one corner. The Safety Maps shows these three locations with a green “⚠”. PARKING AND DIRECTIONS TO SNIFFSPOT: 1. Ride up and park in the guest parking. You will see a white sign with green letters “Guest Parking” nailed to the first hydro pole. 2. Typically, there is a red jeep parked in one of the three parking spaces. You can also park on the grass in the summer season. 3. When you exit the vehicle, please leash and walk your dog until you reach the SniffSpot as shown on the maps. 4. Walk towards the white barn, and about 1/3 of the way, hang a right and head towards Highway 6. Follow the tree line through the field. 5. Avoid going through the forest at the parking space; the larger pond will block you, and the woods are thick. If you are walking in the forest that is the wrong way, please refer to map and take the field. 6. The path through the field will curve a bit and then take a hard right, and you will see an opening with a gate. That is the SniffSpot. *2026 UPDATE!!!* We are the top spot in the local area for a second year in row! Since opening, we have served 300 happy dogs visits with a rating of +4.75 out of 5! Our Corgi loved walking after your visits because of all the new dog smells. We have reviewed all of your comments and feedback. A big milestone in 2025 was levelling the field. The space is wide open now and not a tripping hazard anymore. Now in 2026, we have invested our earnings back into the back and as of today installed fencing around the pond and closed all gaps making the spot 100% fenced! Here are remaining projects we will em”bark” between now and 2026 to improve your experience at our Sniffspot: 1. Add Entrance signage: We will be adding a main sign at the parking space, which includes a printout of the Sniffspot map, extra doggy bags, and garbage with a mini roof/shelter. 3. The farm fence consists of professionally installed 2” by 4” squares of wire mesh (commonly used for smaller livestock such as sheep, donkeys, cows, etc) and cedar posts. If you look at the photo, you can see the locations of the gate on the main photo or on the “safety map” (see photos and captions). We have more fencing on other parts of the property outside of our dog park in case your dog does not have a good recall. The space is very large, so even during the events of potential escapes in the leased area, you have a lot of ground before any hazards.
