River Lily Farm

Unfenced
85 acres

Our farm is open fields, tons of trees to play hide and seek in, and lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim. There are ungroomed “walking trails” that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. We will do our 100% best to ensure no person or domestic animal will bother you on your adventure here. We work in animal rescue and commit that all proceeds will go towards continuing to help abandoned, abused, and neglected pets. Thank you for enjoying our peaceful space. Bring your boots and bug spray! :) DO NOT use GPS to go to the farm- please use address provided by sniffspot.

Tricia's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Yard with Pool In Chelmsford

Fully Fenced
0.5 acres

This backyard oasis was built for my Golden Retriever, Cooper. He enjoyed romping around in the grass, climbing over the rocks, and most especially swimming in the pool! It makes my heart happy to share this with other pups and their humans. Safe and secure for pups of all shapes and sizes. Humans need to be careful on natural stone steps to the pool. The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

Megan's 5 Acre Lakefront Unfenced Private Dog Park with Lake Access In Acton

Unfenced
5 acres

🍂 FALL/WINTER UPDATE – 10/8/26 Camp is closing up for the season this weekend! All seasonal amenities, including chairs, docks, and trash cans, will be removed or put away for the winter. Price reduced to $15/hour for fall/winter months! Our Sniffspot will remain OPEN year-round! You're still welcome to enjoy the property, explore the woods, and access the lake with your pup. Just keep in mind that seasonal amenities will no longer be available. IMPORTANT REMINDERS - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, vaping, open flames, campfires, charcoal grills, or fireworks anywhere on the property. These camps are cherished family properties, and due to shoreline regulations, a camp lost to fire likely could not be rebuilt in its current location. - Chairs and docks: Being put away for winter. You're welcome to bring your own chairs to enjoy the little beach area! - Water: The outdoor spigot will be shut off for winter, so please bring drinking water for yourself and your pup. - Dog waste: Please carry out all dog waste, as trash cans will not be available during the winter months. Please do not use our household trash. If your pup goes well into the woods, you're welcome to leave it there. :) --- 🐾 WELCOME TO OUR LAKESIDE SNIFFSPOT! Open year-round, this private 5+ acre Sniffspot offers plenty of room to roam, explore, and swim on a beautiful peninsula extending into Balch Lake. Park at the top of the hill and enjoy a scenic walk down, giving your pup a true "Sniffari" experience along the way. At the end, you'll be rewarded with peaceful lake views and a wonderful spot for your dog to explore, splash, and play. Prefer not to walk? You're welcome to drive directly down to the lake access area. The property is unfenced but very private, with the peninsula providing a natural barrier and minimal outside traffic. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT - Access road: The road is sand and gravel. Sturdy footwear is recommended if walking. - Road conditions: Rain and seasonal weather can create ruts, and the road is due for grading. - Driving down: SUVs and trucks are recommended. Sedans can typically make it down as well (ours does!), but please use your best judgment, particularly during wet, icy, or snowy conditions. - Lake activity: Balch Lake is shared, so you may see boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and occasionally dogs accompanying boaters on the water. - Sounds across the lake: Sound travels easily over water, so people and dogs may sound much closer than they actually are. - Off-leash safety: As with any unfenced property, please make sure your dog has reliable recall or keep them leashed according to their abilities and your comfort level. - Winter visits: Please plan accordingly, as seasonal amenities will be unavailable and paths, roads, and shoreline areas may be slippery. Whether you're looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat, a woodland adventure, or a place for your dog to burn off some energy, we hope you and your pup enjoy your visit in every season! 🐕🍁

Frequently asked questions about Epsom dog water parks

What amenities do Epsom dog water parks typically include?

Epsom dog water parks feature amenities designed for swimming and water play: swimming pools, splash pads, and waterfront water access, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Epsom hosts customize their spaces. Browse 34 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Epsom dog water parks?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Epsom dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Epsom spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Epsom dog water parks listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private dog water parks in Epsom compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Epsom see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog water parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Epsom hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Epsom dog water parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Epsom dog water parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Epsom private dog water parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog water parks in Epsom?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Epsom that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Epsom dog water parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Epsom dog water parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Epsom dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Epsom where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Epsom dog water parks for special events?

Many Epsom dog water parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Epsom hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Epsom dog water park listings for event policies.

How do Epsom dog water parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Epsom dog water parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Epsom special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
