Kylie's Backyard Oasis with Turf, Pool & Fully Fenced Yard

Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

We have a clean, spacious, and fully fenced backyard that’s approximately 2,500 square feet. There is plenty of room for your dog to run, sniff, play, and explore. As dog owners ourselves, we know how much dogs love having a safe space to burn off some energy, and we’d love for your pup to enjoy our yard just as much as our dog and her fur friends do! Our backyard is located in a relaxed, friendly neighborhood with great neighbors and minimal car traffic, creating a calm environment with fewer distractions. Whether your dog is looking to zoom around, practice some training, or simply enjoy a change of scenery, we hope they’ll feel comfortable here. It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! I say Partially Fenced because the walking trail only has a partial fence due to a small section that is a city creek i cant fent that small section but its very open safe and free range for Dog training or behavior practice. Very large space for roaming walking or just spending quality time on a safe space for your dog

Hideaway Trails Retreat

Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.
