You can park right in front of the gate or beside the gate along the fence line. The spigot works , it just takes a second for it to come up.

Super easy access while traveling and just need a place to stop and let the doggos unwind. 🐕 35min from Knoxville, 35min from Sevierville, 1 hour from Tri-Cities area, and 1 hour from Asheville, NC. The perfect spot to stop and rest if travelling east or west on I-81/I-40. There is large double gate (main entrance) on the left side of the house that will lead you directly into the large backyard via a gravel walkway. You can back up right to this gate for easy unloading & loading. There is a small dog run (2nd entrance) on the right side of the house, fully fenced in area to leash and unleash. We offer benches and chairs to sit, with umbrellas for 🌞 & ☔️. FAQ: *Do you give a tour of your property? YES, we offer a free tour for any first time or new guests. We don’t want any visitor to feel nervous or unsure during their visit. So just let us know if you prefer a tour and when you arrive (before letting your pups out). We will take you on a tour and show where everything is located, how to open gates, show you the door to the restroom, etc. 😊👍 (Sorry this will not apply if we will not be home during your visit.) *What is a private Dog Park/Playground? Quite simply it means that you make an appointment through the app. Only you, your friends and the dogs you bring are in the totally fenced Playground during that time. You can book 30 min to 5 hours at a time. *Can you have a birthday party with children and your dog? YES *Can we have more than one car? YES *Can we take pictures? YES, PLEASE DO. *Is there an entrance fee for people? No *Can we bring lunch? YES *Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. *Do you have a place for the adults to sit? YES. We have 2 chairs & 2 benches with umbrella. We also have a waterproof blanket for you and your pup. *Are the toys & bowls cleaned before each visit? YES, we offer sanitized bowls and toys. With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

Let your fur babies play out their energy on over an acre of land with small hills, 2 ponds, a creek, and plenty of shade trees. It's not fully fenced in, but there's some fencing and gates to keep them safe. It feels like you're in the country but we're less than 10 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

A big, fully fenced backyard in the heart of Cedar Bluff! Just off Pellissippi at Dutchtown Road, enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting where your pups can run and play. We have plenty of comfortable seating and are happy to provide a sprinkler for your dog to play in. We also provide some balls and other toys for your pups to enjoy!

Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)

My dog Haven is a great place for a medium size dogs or a small dogs it has a grassy area for them to roll around in as well as a shaded are but does get plenty of sun there is also a concrete area an the yard is fenced in so there can't be anyone getting lose an a whole family that loves animals so they will have plenty of attention

Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.

My yard is a work in progress but I am happy to share it with you. Fully fenced in yard with 8' wooden privacy fence. (I have just had trees cut when pictures were posted, but the tree debris will be cleaned up before bookings start!) There is a trampoline swing, firepit with plenty of wood, covered deck with lights, table, chairs, and sofa. 15' Trampoline with mesh netting will be available soon. During growing season grab a fruit or veggie from one of the 4 square raised beds in the back off the alley; I'm happy to share. There are two entrances to the space; one on the side near the front of the house and another at the rear of the house accessed via an alleyway. Both entrances are fully detached from the house and available to you. Help yourself to the bucket of tennis balls on the deck stairs, or to the "guest box" on the fence near the back where you will find sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and dog treats. City trash cans are located outside the fence in the alleyway. Please don't use the one marked 407, as it belongs to my neighbors. I don't use any harmful chemicals in my landscaping. My dogs are all fully vaccinated and up to date on flea/ tick meds as well. I *try* my hardest to clean up their potty messes, but step with caution. I use part of my deck as a work space, please leave the paint and DIY tools alone.

We are located in the heart of Norris city, just a few miles off of I-75! We are dog lovers! We created our backyard solely to accommodate our dogs. Once we found Sniffspot, we realized we could share our yard for other fur friends to enjoy! You may find us at home when you come to visit, but no worries, we will leave you be and let you enjoy the day with your best friend! Small fenced yard for exercise and play time.

You will have access to my full backyard which is around .5 acres. It is big, well manicured and safe. Your dogs will have lots of space to run! There is a container with toys available for your use, right next to a hose and water bowl so your pup can stay clean and hydrated. There’s also poop bags provided in the toy container and a trash can by the gate. Feel free to use the fire pit or play on the tree swing! I do have chairs that you are welcome to lounge if you need rest. Parking is available in the driveway, you would pull all the way straight up to the fence, and the entrance to the yard is a gate just to the left of the garage doors. I live next to a small greenway so occasionally other people and dogs do pass by.
