When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

**CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS THROUGH SUMMER 2024** As of 4/9/23, we are closing our spot through Summer of 2024 so that we can do some major landscaping and building projects in our background, as well as let our grass re-grow. We are super bummed to have to close down for this period of time, but we are super excited to re-open with a MUCH improved space for both dogs and owners alike. We are so excited to welcome you to our spot :) When we purchased this property, we were thrilled that it would offer our two labs more opportunity to run and play and now we can’t wait to share it with you! Our fully-fenced 0.25 acre yard offers the ideal space for your pups to get some exercise, train, or just have fun. The property is currently a mix of grass, dirt, rocks, and sticks! When it’s not snowy, we have two outdoor seating areas, one shaded and one in the sun on our deck. For those snowy/rainy days, we have covered seating under the overhang of our shop. Our spot offers a private road entrance, private parking, and a private gate into our yard so you can come and go at your convenience. The entrance gate currently has ~7-8 inch gaps between the rails, so very small dogs could squeeze through. Fresh water, toys, and a trash can will be provided, and I work from home so I am available if you need anything. We live in a very quiet neighborhood, but our neighbor’s older golden retriever is occasionally outside, as are folks out walking their dogs. We can’t wait to host you, and look forward to hearing your feedback as new hosts! .

Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

Kick back in a covered area and feel free to use wifi free of charge while your dog plays.

Hello! Our fence is about 3 1/2 feet tall and has mesh between the slats to fully enclose the yard. We back to open space and there are no neighbor dogs so your reactive pup should be comfortable. Come take a sniff!

Big beautiful back yard unique to downtown Fort Collins. Great for playing fetch or just swinging in the hammock while your dog explores. Enjoy a wood burning fire on chilly days or nights. Feel free to use the grill and have an outside dinner with your dog and friends under the string of lights and stars. Top it all off with s’mores, (if you bring them). Your imagination is the only limit here. Note some areas of the yard are a work in progress, the low price reflects this. The price will increase as we complete our projects so enjoy the low price while it lasts. Organic herb & lavender farm with fenced in pasture for your dog. Only 1.3 miles North of Longmont but you will feel like you are miles away. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training or new dog intros. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the slot that ends at 8:30 to watch the sunset).

Fully fenced grassy yard. Enough room to play ball or frisbee. Shade trees. Plenty of areas for sniffing! A friendly heeler mix is available for playtime if requested, otherwise, have the space to yourself.

The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

We have an huge park like backyard with a large shade tree facing Maple Grove Reservoir. It is serene and beautiful! Our yard is split in two sections with a privacy fence. I have a female husky that is super Friendly, but while guests are here, she will be contained in the garden area, or inside the house.

Hi! I live in a no-pets home but I am so excited to share my fenced in yard with yours! I have around 1/4 acre of fenced in land, with grass and shady spots. I have dog water and a trash can out for use. Entrance is separate from the home through a gate on the main street. Johnstown is a great location in Northern Colorado. Just 3 miles east of I-25. We have the first Buc-ee’s location in Colorado at exit #252 and I-25. Enjoy the views of the front range or a beautiful Colorado sunset while your dog is able to run and play.

First 3 dogs are eligible for Sniffspot discounted rate. For dog parities of 4 or more each additional dog must be booked as an “extra”.

Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our yard boasts a spacious wrap-around fence, providing a safe and secure environment for your beloved canine companion to roam freely. Plus, with ample space to park right inside, bringing your pooch couldn't be more convenient. Your furry friend will love exploring the lush grassy terrain, perfect for endless games of fetch and playful romps. And on sunny days, there's plenty of shade provided by the canopy of mature trees, ensuring your pup stays cool and comfortable all day long.

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

This sniffspot is a fully enclosed backyard so you can let your dog wander! 3 sides are privacy fence and 1 side is a 4ft chain link fence. There are always new smells and some city wildlife like squirrels that provide dogs plenty of enrichment while in the yard. And when you just need to tire your dog out, play with the variety of tug toys and balls provided. Check it out now, your dog will love it!
