We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our property has a brand new fence (wood paddock style with reinforced cattle wire mesh) that we would like to share with people and their dogs who need some exercise. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. Accompany your dog on an adventure to find hidden treats and unique smells such as dog safe plants and wild life (current smell is grouse) in our Sniffari Yard! Please let us know how tall your dog is and your dog's treat preference (treats do not contain chicken, wheat or corn). Choice of treats: freeze dried beef liver, duck, or salmon (contains soy).

Enjoy a special space for your dog(s) to exercise and play on most Saturdays and Sunday afternoons in their own private outdoor yard on just under half acre surrounded by an 8’ tall vinyl privacy fence. Indoor space as large as 700 square feet is sometimes available on a very limited basis.

We have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. We are also offering many amenities such as cold water for you and your dog! A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. All you need to bring is your dog and yourself and you’re sure to have a great time! The proceeds from this Sniffspot will go to our Nonprofit Animal Rescue, Maci Blue Animal Rescue! Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

I’m a dog trainer and I run a dog boarding/daycare from my home (hence all the different fenced spaces). When possible, daycare and boarding dogs will be taken indoors during your visit so that you and your pup can have uninterrupted time to play/work together in a quiet environment. This is not always feasible depending on the day/time of your visit and our schedule on any given day. Check in advance if your dog does not do well if they see/hear other dogs, people, or cars. The main SniffSpot is currently about 7,000 sq ft in our side field, which is perfect for running, playing fetch, working on recall and other obedience commands, and is full of smells to sniff out. You may be directed to a different spot if we NEED to use the side yard during your time slot. Coming soon: - enlarged fenced space (about 10,000 sq ft) - agility equipment - pool

GG’s Funny Farm is a 2 acre family farm that makes an enchanting dog park with goats and chickens for your entertainment. Campfires with S’mores are available with a reservation and added fee. Come and enjoy this quiet and shady spot with your friends and family.
