Danielle's 220 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dunlap
💕🐶to help with the rising cost of gas, sniff pass discount is turned on AND Pay for an hour, get an hour for free.if booking during weekday. 🐶💕 Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 160 acres is reserved for a Sniffspot leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Heal with a Cold plunge in the creek vs going to a cryo therapy facility. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isn’t necessary. If you bag their waste, please take to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *an upside down horse trough is provided for an extra seat and or table next to the fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations have been adding a metal table and 4 metal chairs that shouldn’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Crossing Creeks Dog Park
Welcome to Crossing Creeks Farm, where we are passionate about producing great food for our family's table and yours! Our love for dogs and hosting has lead us to build and open a private dog park right here on our farm. We encourage you to check out our website at www.crossingcreeks.com to learn more about what all we have to offer. Our dog park is just over 1/3 acre and fully fenced for safe off-leash fun! And we've partnered with Wondercide to also provide a safe area with natural treatment for fleas and ticks. Our park includes leash hooks, dog water, waste bags, trash can, hand sanitizer, and shaded seating area. Also included with your spot, is the use of our self-serve dog wash (not available during winter months). Please bring your own shampoo and towel. Our on-site Farm Store offers a variety of goodies for both human and four-legged friends. And feel free to enjoy a walk on our walking trails through our woods and creeks. Please keep a leash on your pet(s) while not in the dog park. Shane and I and our two boys, Noah and Caleb live here on the farm, as well as my parents, Reid and Susan. Feel free to ask any of us any questions you may have while on the farm. And shoot us a message if you have any questions before coming out. Some of the other residents of the farm are our chickens, ducks, turkeys, cattle, pigs, and horses-all fully contained in their own fences. We offer horseback riding lessons here as well and host traveling guests through our on-site RV sites and campsite. If you'd like to enjoy a campfire during your visit, add a firewood bundle to your reservation and we'll have everything setup in the park upon your arrival-you just pack the s'mores! Our public restroom is just a short walk across the yard and driveway from the dog park. If you have more than one dog or are planning a doggy play date or puppy birthday party, enjoy 50% off the hourly rate after the first dog. No extra charges for humans!

Otis' Private Dog Park In Smyrna
A hidden gem in the midst of Smyrna! Nested within the city limits is 25 acres of beauty and splendor - creeks, woods, field, trails, and a crystal clear spring. One side of the property is bordered by rock springs and has some natural fencing consistent with a century old farm and homestead. Walk back in time and enjoy the boundless scenery. Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such. With a farm also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, fox holes, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes. So come prepared!

5 Fenced Acres at Plentiful Hill Farm

(𝐍𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟕 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥.) **𝟱𝟬% 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁! **𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. Off the beaten path, this spot is great for pups who need a large fenced playland to run and sniff and explore…and for the people who love them. :) Your reservation time includes private use of 5 fenced acres with rolling hills, seasonal views, sun and shade, a variety of natural landscaping, seating, and unlimited opportunities for exciting smells! Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the “poop rules” of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡. 𝟒) **There are unfenced farm dogs on the property. They are unlikely to approach you as you enter the spot but may bark from a distance. No dogs aside from visiting dogs will be in the fenced-in spot. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. 𝟓) There is a marked “creek spot” outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. (a) Preferred if possible: If dogs poop OUTSIDE the fenced spot in the tall grass, no pickup required! (b) If dogs poop INSIDE the fenced spot, use the provided pooper scoopers to toss poop over the fencelines or in the tumblers, 𝐎𝐑 use the 100% compostable green poop bags located in dispensers in the spot to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. (c) 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. 𝟖) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. 𝟗) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. Please message with request. 𝟏𝟎) There are some old farm implements half-buried in the ground in a brushy area. Not for playing or climbing on or near. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. Thanks for your support towards this goal! :) 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 We are proud of our wild homeplace and love sharing its beauty and peacefulness with others! This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) This fenced 5-acre portion of the property is nestled on 235 acres less than an hour from Nashville. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.
