The pool has a large landing area easy for dogs to get in and out of. Then we have a turfed fully fenced yard near the pool. We also have a huge arena in case you have a high energy dog that’s wants to run. The horses do share the fence line but if you have a reactive or nervous dog we’re more than happy to put them away so your dog can’t see them at all. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Of course, you may get in with them but the main purpose for me renting is for you to bring your fur baby. Swimming is great for dogs with arthritis and other such ailments. Senior dogs that don't like to walk anymore, bring them swimming. If you have a dog with too much energy and it's too hot to take them out, Bring them swimming. I also have life vests for the dogs, one in every size. I recommend all beginners to wear one. It helps them learn and gives them a sense of security. I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Come and enjoy our little slice of paradise in the Rancho Trabuco Area! The majority of our backyard is grass, with a small cemented patio and a couple of gravel patches. There are two shade umbrellas and lots of trees that keep it cool throughout the year. If it gets hot, feel free to use the hose and sprinkler to cool your pup off!

You will have exclusive use of the arena during your booking. No other dogs or clients will be present nearby. We are indeed a boarding facility so you may or may not see a trainer on the premises or hear a dog bark here and there but not close to the sniff spot arena at all during your reservation. It’s super quiet and secluded in general though.
