Howdy! Come 1 come all to our fun little yard :) I’m an avid dog lover who just hasn’t gotten my own dog yet. So, in the meantime would love to share my yard space with y’all! Our neighbor does have two dogs who, when outside will bark at other dogs from time to time. There is a section of the fence that is chain link and the dogs can see each other. If the barking becomes too much for your dog, I will always offer refunds if you can’t stay. Other than that parking is easy and we will give you your privacy hope to see you soon!

It is located in the unincorporated area of Vista off of Gopher Canyon. Property is over an acre, fenced all around with a private driveway gate and a separate entrance gate for your access. There is an enclosed swimming pool area with a yard and patio for a closer eye on your dog(s). There's a large trampoline for kids to release their energy! If you'd like to access the pool itself, you can add it as an extra. There is plenty of space to roam around free and enjoy nature's beauty.

Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest. Come have some fun in our heated salt water pool. Heating available for an additional charge-24 hour notice required during the colder months

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time you have booked. There is fresh water and access to toys in this area at all times in addition to other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional enrichment at no additional cost. Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions.

A large green turf area for playing fetch and a hill to run up and down. Fully fenced in. Side gate to enter and leave. We have towels to dry off your buddy before getting in your car.

Welcome to RanchDog Ranch! We have almost 5 acres total to explore. 3+ acres are free to run and chase and play. We have horses on site and if your dog gets along with them we can introduce them or we can make sure the horses are safely tucked away during your adventure. Plenty of parking, places for humans to sit and relax, shade or sun spots galore.

Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood. **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Located in Wildwood Canyon, with a large fully fenced area for fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. If you are looking for a state park like experience with tons of trees and beautiful scenery, you will really enjoy this sniffspot. It is perfect for large and small dog breeds. Be prepared for your pup to explore and run around. If your fur baby needs water after so much exploring/running, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We have fur babies of our own who love their yard and highly recommend it. One chihuahua (Penny-Lane), two saint bernards (Athena Marie and Diesel Train) and a malamute (Odin Bear), who are always in the house during a sniffspot reservation.

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just north of the residence driveway.  A quick call to me ~ 909-234-2072 ~ when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot Sign 🪧 at the back of the entrance acre.  The entrance gate is to the right of the Sniffspot Sign. Close the gate tightly behind you when you enter. And be sure to close the gate tightly behind you upon your departure. I also request you give me a quick text upon your departure. Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig, as do many of our Sniffspot pups! We try to fill in holes every few days, BUT, PLEASE be extremely cautious of any holes. If we hadn't had time to fill them in, we usually will put a tall stick straight up right in the middle of the hole to help you determine where they may be. But because we are a farm, and this is one of our extra acre fields, there may be slight dips here and there. So agreeing to this reservation is a full and complete release of liability, so please don't fall! So far so good, fingers crossed, nobody has yet.😊🌻 There may be foxtails at edges of some fencing. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible, discourage your pups from pouncing on the enclosed chicken run fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Pups get a pass the first few times until their humans can train them not to do it. Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time they are enjoying the dog run acre : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor 🐈cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field 🐁 mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) There are three horses on a separate enclosed acre to the north of the dog run acre. The dark brown male is 🐎Shake, tan one is 🐴Classy, and the black and white one is 🐴Gypsy. And again, please thank you for discouraging the dogs from jumping on that fence. It has never been an issue in the past so just a reminder :-) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers 🌻 starting around December 1st - June 15th, and dry/brown July 1st -November🏜. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round, and have received wonderful reviews whether it was the dry, hotter summer months, or the green, cooler winter months! We have an automatic water spicket 🚰 for the pups, tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on left, spicket sticking out through fence.  There will be several chairs 🪑set up in front of the chicken coop, with table, chairs and table umbrella, and additionally a small table w/☂️umbrella provided under the pine trees. Bring drinks, snacks, toys, and enjoy! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m.  We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags!  Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.🗑 Please note that we do have security cameras placed in various positions around property, including at the sniff spot! We have caught many a coyote, Mountain lion, dogs and bobcats wandering around the chicken coop on these cameras and have been able to shew them away several times through the speakers! Enjoy! I Welcome to our pet friendly backyard oasis. We have both hardscape and landscape with plenty of space for you and your furry kfriends. You and your dogs can swim in our salt water pool that has a depth of 5ft, a fire pit and more! We have many spots to sit and relax. We also have dog toys & treats. I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. Release of Liability By booking the private dog park located at 11244 Zapata Ave, San Diego, CA 92126, hereinafter referred to as "the premises," you agree to the following release of liability: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that use of the premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my use of the premises. 4.
