This backyard oasis was built for my Golden Retriever, Cooper. He enjoyed romping around in the grass, climbing over the rocks, and most especially swimming in the pool! It makes my heart happy to share this with other pups and their humans. Safe and secure for pups of all shapes and sizes. Humans need to be careful on natural stone steps to the pool. The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) There has been some confusion around booking the pool - you need to book the yard for at least as long as you book the yard. The yard blocks the spot on the calendar, not the pool. For example, if you book the yard for 90 minutes, the longest you can book the pool is 90 minutes (you can book the pool for less (e.g. 60 min or 30 min) if you prefer. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. There is also a kiddie pool for use. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Now for the Debbie Downer part - as the spot has gotten more popular, we are seeing things getting damaged and, as a result, have added a few rules. If you damage something, please let us know so we can address it. Things happen, so do not worry, we just need to know so we take care of it before the next guest. Pool rules: 1) No dogs on the pool furniture 2) Please do not prop the pool gate open Let us know if you have any questions! IMPORTANT - please note that we have audio and video surveillance in the yard. This spot is a large fenced in yard. It has a small wooden area for pups to explore. There is a lacrosse net and netting in part of the yard for my kids when they play lacrosse backyard. They won’t be back there when the yard is rented. Please make sure to read the directions for parking and where to enter the backyard entrance as it is a bit hidden. Please go down Littlefield Rd. Take the first left onto an unmarked street. You will see a middle school field on your right. Our metal gate entrance is on your left. When school is in session please park on Littlefield or Winston Rd. Otherwise you can pull up to the gate. We have a water hose and bowl on the side of the house for your pup to cool off. ✍🏻We are excited to offer our MortyMerch! We design t-shirts, or bandanas with your pup’s face, name or both! If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want.
